How do I know if a product is in stock?
We do our best to keep our online database current so you will be notified on the Shopping Cart screen if any of your items are out of stock.
How do I find my shipping rate?
Shipping rates are calculated on our checkout pages, and are quoted before you are prompted for payment.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Our shipping prices are calculated based on weight, distance, and speed, and only include a moderate handling fee. To save you money, we recommend that you examine all shipping options before making your choice, as depending on your package, prices will vary greatly.

Do you ship internationally?
We can now ship international orders through USPS Mail international.
Can my purchases be dropshipped?
Yes, we will dropship your order at no additional charge. We do require a written agreement, via mail or fax, in which you agree to allow us to charge your credit card (if appropriate) and ship the order to a different address. We do not include an invoice in the package and we will put "point of origin" as the shipper. We keep our identity confidential for your protection. We do not dropship orders outside of the United States.
