How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are normally processed within 3 to 10 business days, if not sooner. mycymall.com will notify you if your shipment will be delayed for any reason.

How do I calculate the shipping cost on an order?
To find out the total cost of your order, simply add the product(s) you would like to purchase to your shopping cart. You can then view your shopping cart to get the total cost of your order, including the cost of the shipping.

How much do you charge for shipping?
We charge a flat rate for shipping based on the weight of the item(s) being shipped. Our shipping prices are VERY reasonable!

Who do you use to ship?
We utilize UPS for most deliveries, and will on occasion utilize USPS.
We usually ship within two business days but delivery period will vary with destination and the shipping method you choose.
We will ship from Monday through Friday. Shipment confirmation with tracking information will be provided via email.

Can my purchases be dropshipped?
Yes, we will dropship your order at no additional charge. We do require a written agreement, via mail or fax, in which you agree to allow us to charge your credit card (if appropriate) and ship the order to a different address. We do not include an invoice in the package and we will put "point of origin" as the shipper. We keep our identity confidential for your protection.

We do not dropship orders outside of the United States.

Returns and Refunds

Our returns policy gives you up to 14 days after the ship date to request a return or full refund minus shipping if you are not satisfied with our merchandises for any reason. (Item must be in its original condition new and unused with all its features that came with the item.)

What information do we collect?

3. When you complete an order, you are prompted for your credit card information. An order cannot be completed without a valid credit card. This is the only time you will be asked to provide your credit card.

We will never ask you for your credit card information via e-mail.  If you receive an email requesting this information, do not respond with your information. You only have to submit this information on our secure site at the time you create an account and complete an order. Your information is solely and exclusively used to complete and ship your order, to contact you to resolve or advise of any concerns with the order, and to contact you via e-mail if we need to ensure that your order was handled properly.
